Birthday Sun Salutations

Here’s a way to honor and celebrate yourself on your birthday: Do as many Sun Salutations as years you are celebrating. Known as Surya Namaskar in Sanskrit, the classic variation of Sun Salutation A involves a series of twelve poses that are designed to warm-up, stretch, tone, detoxify, and replenish the entire body.
