Private Yoga Sessions

Yoga is a system for approaching physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I specialize in increasing the accessibility of yoga and its accompanying practices so that these benefits are available to anyone who wishes to practice. No prior experience with yoga is necessary, and the practice is adaptable to any stage of life. My intention is to create approachable classes that support your unique needs and goals.

  • Receive individualized instruction at a safe and comfortable pace
  • Target specific goals
  • Learn breathing and mindfulness practices
  • Balance the nervous system’s rest and relaxation response  
  • Provide modifications as needed for current or past sensitivities or injuries
  • Create a written home program for you to follow in between sessions

Prior to your first yoga session, we will have a complimentary one-on-one consultation over the phone or in person. Rate for each yoga session is $100 per hour.
